Clinical Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical health administrators work and improve quality and efficiency in delivering health care services. They keep on track about new laws and regulations. They also create work schedules and keep and organize records of the facilities services.

Salary: $53,940 – $150,560

Education: Most facilities hire people with specialized experienced in a healthcare occupation in addition to administrative experience. But in character skills you need detail-oriented skills, communication skills, and dental oriented skills.

Reflection: I would not like to be a clinical manager because it takes a lot of communication and you need to give orders and keep everything organized I don’t feel  like I am good for bossing people around.
